Senior People Operations Specialist Salmon 📍 Remote - Core collaboration hours: 12:00–18:00 Manila time (UTC+8) Salmon is a technology-driven financial company building banking and lending products across Southeast Asia. The company has 7M+ app downloads, 2M+ monthly active users and a globally distributed team across 45+ countries. They’re looking for a Senior People Operations Specialist to own full-cycle HR operations for an international workforce and lead HR automation and process improvement projects. What you’ll do: — Own the employee lifecycle from pre-boarding and onboarding to employee relations, contract changes and offboarding — Coordinate directly with EOR and PEO providers across multiple jurisdictions — Support employees and managers on HR policies, benefits and People-related questions — Lead HR automation and process improvement projects — Work on HRIS implementation/optimization, workflow automation, self-service tools and document generation — Maintain accurate, audit-ready employee data across countries — Identify opportunities to standardize processes and reduce manual HR work What they’re looking for: — 3+ years of People Operations experience — Experience supporting employees across multiple countries and jurisdictions — Hands-on experience with EOR providers such as Deel, Remote, Papaya Global, Oyster or Multiplier — Experience with HR automation, digitalization or HRIS projects — Proficiency with HR tech tools such as BambooHR, HiBob, Deel or Workday — Strong English communication skills — Confidence working with spreadsheets and automation tools What’s offered: — Fully remote work — Company-provided equipment — Medical insurance support for you and your family — 22 vacation days + 15 sick days — Learning, conferences and speaking opportunities — Company-sponsored trips to Manila LinkedIn post 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 📱 Международные HR Вакансии | HR Worldwide 🪙 Обзор заработных плат в Европе 2026
