People Operations Generalist RevenueCat 🌍 Remote, EMEA 💰 $167,000/year RevenueCat is a remote-first tech company building monetization infrastructure for mobile apps. The team includes 150+ people across 25+ countries, and the company is looking for a hands-on People Operations Generalist to help scale its global People function. What you’ll do: — Own and improve People Operations systems, processes and programs across the employee lifecycle — Support a global workforce across different employment models and countries — Work with EOR platforms, benefits, immigration, compliance and other global employment topics — Manage employee data across HRIS, People systems and documentation — Improve onboarding and employee experience — Use AI and automation to reduce manual work and build scalable HR workflows — Identify gaps in existing processes and help build new People Ops infrastructure as the company grows What they’re looking for: — 3+ years in People Operations, HR Operations or a similar role, ideally in a fast-moving tech company — Hands-on experience with HRIS, People systems and employee data — Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — Comfortable independently researching and solving unfamiliar HR challenges — Interest in AI, automation and process improvement — Experience supporting remote teams — Strong written and asynchronous communication skills — Experience with global employment, EORs, immigration or global mobility is a plus What’s offered: — Fully remote work with autonomy and flexibility — Competitive equity — 4–5 weeks of flexible time off annually — Paid coworking space — Workspace budget — Continuous learning stipend LinkedIn post 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 📱 Международные HR Вакансии | HR Worldwide 🪙 Обзор заработных плат в Европе 2026
