Senior Talent Acquisition Manager | Unlimit 📍 Remote Europe - Warsaw / Madrid / Lisbon / Riga / Tallinn / Yerevan / Tbilisi / Chisinau Unlimit, a global fintech company, is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager with a strong headhunting and direct-search background to own commercial hiring across the UK and Europe. What you’ll do: — Own full-cycle hiring for commercial roles, from senior leadership to account management — Run executive search projects: market mapping, target company lists, talent pools and direct sourcing — Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn, professional communities, referrals, events and your own network — Advise hiring managers on talent availability, compensation, profiles and realistic hiring timelines — Assess candidates and present well-argued shortlists — Manage offers, negotiations and candidate engagement through to the first day — Track pipeline health and hiring results in Lever — Share sourcing expertise and help strengthen the team’s search capabilities What they’re looking for: — 6+ years of recruitment experience with a strong focus on sourcing and direct search — Proven executive search experience, including senior and C-level hires — Strong track record hiring commercial roles across the UK and Europe — Agency / executive search, in-house and international fintech or payments experience is an ideal combination — Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior leaders — Autonomous, persistent and comfortable owning searches end-to-end — English C1+ — Fluent Russian What they offer: fully remote work, direct access to leadership, corporate Claude license and sourcing toolkit, autonomy in how you work, an international TA team, paid vacation and sick leave, and a company laptop.
