People Operations Employee Data Specialist Uber 📍 Amsterdam, Netherlands Uber is looking for an Employee Data Specialist to join its People Operations team and manage employee data, complex HR lifecycle transactions, and Tier 2 escalations across the region. What you’ll do: — Manage complex employee lifecycle events, including onboarding, job changes, and terminations — Own and resolve Tier 2 People Operations escalations — Research and resolve employee data discrepancies together with Payroll, IT, and People Ops teams — Maintain HRIS data quality and conduct regular audits — Support UAT for HR system enhancements and new functionality — Analyze ServiceNow cases and HRIS data to identify recurring issues and improve processes — Help develop self-service and Tier 1 knowledge content, including content used by AI — Prepare reports and dashboards for People Ops leadership — Work with employees, vendors, and Centers of Excellence across the region What they’re looking for: — 2+ years of HR experience with direct experience in HR data management — Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience — Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle, or similar — Experience in shared services or a centralized HR environment is preferred — Strong attention to detail and data accuracy — Analytical and problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis — Ability to handle confidential employee information — Experience with HR transactions, data audits, and process improvement The role may also be eligible for bonuses, equity, and additional benefits .
