Recruiting Operations Consultant Ashby 📍 Remote — European Union 💰 Compensation: €78,000–€142,375 + equity 📅 Deadline: 13 October 2026, 01:00 CEST Ashby is hiring its first EMEA-based Recruiting Operations Consultant to support Strategic, Mid-Market, and Startup customers across the region. The role combines 1:1 customer consulting, CSM enablement, educational content creation, and paid consulting engagements. What you’ll do: — Deliver RecOps consulting focused on recruiting strategy, analytics, and operational best practices — Partner with AEs, CSMs, and Professional Services to scope and deliver paid consulting engagements — Turn consulting insights into scalable education: Academy courses, guides, webinars, and playbooks — Contribute to advanced product education, including Quality of Hire and recruiting analytics — Work closely with Product to translate customer observations into actionable feedback — Enable CSMs on foundational Recruiting Operations strategies and tactics — Build reports and processes for customers when needed What they’re looking for: — 2+ years of experience in recruiting operations, analytics, and process design — Hands-on experience with Ashby’s product — Strong customer-facing and facilitation skills — Ability to work with stakeholders ranging from recruiters to Heads of Talent — Experience solving both straightforward and complex Recruiting Operations challenges — Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive accountability and alignment — Comfortable running projects end-to-end, from scoping through execution and follow-through — Ability to work independently in an ambiguous and evolving environment — Strong interest in customer education and enabling others Benefits include: competitive salary and equity, unlimited PTO with four weeks recommended annually, 10-year stock-option exercise window, equipment/software/home-office budget, and a $100/month education budget.
