Senior People Partner, Technology & Product Cint 📍 Barcelona, Spain Cint is looking for a Senior People Partner, Technology & Product to work closely with R&D, engineering and product leadership and help rethink how teams, roles and People practices should evolve in an AI-accelerated environment. What you’ll do: — Partner with engineering and product leaders on organizational structures, team design and ways of working — Translate the impact of AI into practical decisions around roles, skills, productivity and team composition — Redesign People processes across performance, hiring, onboarding, talent and rewards — Identify future capabilities and ensure teams have the right talent to match — Help leaders navigate ambiguity, make better decisions and build high-performing teams — Turn People strategy into practical execution rather than “strategies that live in slides” — Use data and insights while applying strong judgment to organizational decisions — Protect and strengthen human capabilities such as judgment, creativity, trust and collaboration as AI scales What they’re looking for: — Experience working closely with R&D and/or engineering teams — Hands-on experience with meaningful organizational transformation — Ability to rethink and rebuild core HR systems and processes when needed — Genuine curiosity about AI and the future of work — Proactive, opinionated and comfortable challenging existing approaches — Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments — Strong belief that People is a driver of business performance, not simply a support function LinkedIn post 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 📱 Международные HR Вакансии | HR Worldwide 🪙 Обзор заработных плат в Европе 2026
