Senior International HRBP Oyster 📍 Fully remote, UTC+0 to UTC+3 🌐 Key markets: Italy, Spain & Portugal Oyster is looking for a Senior International HR Business Partner with deep employee relations expertise across multiple countries. This is a client-facing role where you’ll act as the go-to HR expert for both customers and internal teams. What you’ll do: — Advise customers on complex and high-risk employee relations cases — Handle investigations, PIPs, terminations and other sensitive ER matters — Provide practical, commercially minded HR recommendations — Support customers and internal stakeholders on employment law questions — Own HR expertise across Italy, Spain and Portugal, with opportunities to support additional markets — Drive strategic HR projects and create resources that help solve recurring issues — Work closely with customers, senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams What they’re looking for: — Deep employee relations experience, including investigations, PIPs and terminations — Strong HR knowledge across multiple countries, particularly Italy, Spain and Portugal — Commercial mindset and ability to provide clear recommendations — Confident communication with customers and senior stakeholders — Ability to work autonomously and take real ownership — Active use of AI and automation to work more effectively — Experience in additional regions is a strong plus — EOR experience is a bonus The role is fully remote , with candidates required to be based between UTC+0 and UTC+3 .
