Talent Lead White Circle 📍 Remote across the UK, EU & US, with Paris and London offices if you want them White Circle is an AI Safety company building the safety, reliability and optimization layer for AI systems. The company has raised $70M and is now looking for a hands-on Talent Lead to build and own its hiring function. What you’ll do: — Own the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to closing — Personally hire across GTM, Operations, Research, Product and Engineering — Build recruiting processes and infrastructure from scratch — Lead international hiring across the US, EU, UK and other markets — Partner directly with hiring managers and leadership on hiring strategy — Build sourcing channels and talent pipelines — Track recruiting metrics and use data to improve hiring performance What they’re looking for: — Several years of recruiting experience in a startup, ideally early-stage or high-growth — Strong hands-on sourcing and full-cycle recruitment experience — Experience building recruitment processes from scratch — International hiring experience across multiple markets — Experience recruiting across several functions — Strong analytical skills and experience with recruiting metrics — Fluent English (C1+) Big plus: experience hiring AI/ML/Research talent, recruiting in the US/EU/UK, employer branding, and using AI tools in recruiting. 🎁 Competitive compensation + equity, flexible time off, L&D support, language lessons and twice-yearly team off-sites.
