Senior Recruiter Unimatch Lab 📍 Location: Remote, Europe / Belarus / LATAM Unimatch Lab is looking for a hands-on Senior Recruiter to own up to 5 vacancies at a time, from the hiring manager brief to the signed offer. What you’ll do: — Run full-cycle recruitment across Engineering, Product, ML/AI, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Sales and other functions — Source, screen, assess and attract candidates internationally — Run interviews covering hard skills, soft skills, motivation and culture fit — Build role-specific sourcing strategies and screening scripts — Work with hiring managers on priorities, candidate profiles and feedback — Maintain a transparent recruiting funnel with conversions, sources and time-to-fill analytics — Improve hiring processes, scorecards, debriefs and the hiring bar — Represent Unimatch Lab in professional communities and candidate communications What they’re looking for: — 4+ years of hands-on full-cycle recruiting experience — At least 2 years in startups or fast-growing tech companies — Track record of closing senior and hard-to-fill roles across multiple functions — International recruiting experience across markets such as USA, MENA, EU and LATAM — Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills — Experience managing recruiting funnels and hiring analytics — LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray, Boolean Search, Notion and Claude; expected Claude level includes writing your own agent skills from scratch — English B2+ — Russian: fluent Success metrics: — 4 / 6 / 8 hires per quarter (minimum / target / stretch), with up to 5 vacancies open at a time — High-quality candidate funnel and successful probation outcomes — Clear analytics for every vacancy: conversions, sources and time-to-fill 📍 Eligible locations: Europe (including EU, UK, Georgia, Armenia, Turkey, Serbia, Switzerland and others), Belarus, and LATAM.
