Mid/Senior Recruiter

Mid/Senior Recruiter Scrambly 📍 Remote - Europe Scrambly, a fast-growing, profitable adtech startup with 250%+ year-over-year growth, is looking for a Mid/Senior Recruiter to own international hiring across different business functions. This is a hands-on, sourcing-heavy role focused on end-to-end recruitment, hiring manager partnership, and data-driven hiring improvements. What you’ll do: — Own full-cycle recruitment across dedicated functions, from requisition to signed offer — Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, align on candidate profiles, and design interview processes — Build sourcing strategies combining inbound applications and proactive headhunting across Europe — Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels — Manage job postings, ATS workflows, screening calls, and candidate pipelines — Coordinate hiring managers and collect structured feedback throughout the process — Negotiate offers and close candidates — Analyze recruitment funnels, conversion rates, and bottlenecks to improve hiring performance What they’re looking for: — 3+ years of international recruitment experience , managing full-cycle hiring — At least 1 year of in-house recruitment experience in a fast-paced startup, scale-up, or tech company — Experience hiring across both technical and business functions — Strong direct sourcing and headhunting skills, including advanced LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency — Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade ATS platforms — Proven stakeholder management and offer negotiation experience — Strong analytical skills and experience using recruitment metrics to drive decisions — High ownership, proactive problem-solving, and ability to work independently — Fluent English (C1+) Nice to have: — Agency or recruitment consulting experience — Experience recruiting in adtech, advertising technology, or marketing — Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude or Gemini for sourcing, screening, analysis, or automation LinkedIn post 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 📱 Международные HR Вакансии | HR Worldwide 🪙 Обзор заработных плат в Европе 2026
