This is a hands-on role combining international recruitment with building HR processes from scratch. What you’ll do: — Own full-cycle recruitment across European markets, primarily for Sales and Business Development roles — Build and improve onboarding, employee documentation, and core HR processes — Support day-to-day People Operations as the company’s first dedicated HR specialist What they’re looking for: — 4+ years of experience in recruitment and HR — Proven hands-on recruitment experience across European markets — Experience hiring Sales, Business Development, or commercial teams — Ability to work independently without a dedicated recruitment team — Practical experience with onboarding and HR operations — English B2+ Particularly relevant experience: Retail, FMCG, distribution, HoReCa, mobility, or businesses developing offline partner networks.
