Analyst / Senior Analyst, Major Mining & Metals Company Location: CIS Responsibilities : • Participation in the company's strategic projects: analysis of priority business areas, development projects and efficiency improvement initiatives; • Full-cycle analytics: collecting and structuring data, forming hypotheses, conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, preparing conclusions and recommendations; • Working with business tasks: decomposing complex tasks, identifying key factors and growth points, developing solution options; • Financial modeling: building and analyzing financial models, assessing the economic impact of initiatives and investment decisions; • Working with functional teams: interacting with colleagues from finance, production, commercial and other functions to collect data and develop solutions. Requirements: • 2–3 years of experience in strategic or management consulting (TOP3/ 2-tier); • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, experience building financial models and preparing presentations for management; • Ability to structure large volumes of information, work with quantitative data and formulate conclusions; • Ability to independently immerse yourself in a new subject area and quickly understand complex business tasks; • Experience in an industrial / mining company will be an advantage.
