Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist 🏢 Fast Shift LLC 📍 Armenia · On-site 🕐 Full Time About the role Fast Shift LLC is looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist who will be responsible for testing the company’s payment systems and digital products, identifying potential issues, and ensuring their quality, reliability, and seamless operation. What you’ll do 🗂 • Perform manual testing of software and digital products to identify defects and potential failures. • Develop and maintain test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements and technical documentation. • Analyze business processes and system functionality to ensure effective testing. • Perform functional and non-functional testing of payment systems and digital products. • Document identified defects, including reproduction steps, expected results, and actual results. • Analyze test results, track defect resolution, and perform retesting when necessary. What we’re looking for 🔎 • Experience in testing fintech or payment systems is a strong advantage. • Proficiency in creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, and bug reports. • Experience in mobile app testing (iOS / Android). • Knowledge of API testing (Postman) and basic SQL queries. • Ability to understand and analyze business requirements and technical specifications. • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with developers and business teams.
