Sales officer 🏢 Armenian Red Cross Society NGO 📍 Armenia · On-site 🕐 Contract About the role As an authorized member of the International Red Cross Red Cresent Movement, Armenian Red Cross Society is guided by the fundamental principles of the Red Cross and Red Cresent and is an auxiliary organization to the government. With the purpose to decrease the vulnerability of the population towards different types of emergency situations and accidents, Armenian Red Cross Society disseminates First Aid (FA) knowledge and skills among different professional segments and age groups of population. What you’ll do 🗂 • Identify and establish contact with potential B2B clients, prioritizing organizations employing more than 150 employees and operating in sectors with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) requirements. • Develop and implement a B2B sales plan, including lead generation, client outreach, meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities. • Conduct sales meetings and presentations to prospective clients, promoting Workplace First Aid training programs and First Aid kits. • Maintain and regularly update a customer database and sales pipeline, ensuring compliance with data protection requirements. • Prepare and submit commercial proposals, quotations, and service offers to prospective clients. • Negotiate and close sales agreements with corporate clients in line with ARCS procedures. What we’re looking for 🔎 • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field. • At least 1 year of professional experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related field. • Proven experience in B2B sales and client relationship management. • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. • Strong analytical and reporting skills. • Knowledge of CRM systems is considered an asset.
