Finance Manager 🏢 Cenomi Retail Armenia 📍 Armenia · On-site 🕐 Contract About the role We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function, ensure financial compliance, drive business performance, and support strategic growth initiatives. What you’ll do 🗂 • Lead financial reporting and accounting activities across multiple entities, ensuring compliance with IFRS, local regulations, and Group policies. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and coordinate external audits. • Manage budgeting, forecasting, P&L performance, and variance analysis. • Ensure full tax compliance and effective financial risk management. • Oversee treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and liquidity management. • Maintain strong internal controls, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial governance. What we’re looking for 🔎 • 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and financial reporting, including team leadership. • Strong knowledge of IFRS, Armenian tax legislation, and statutory reporting requirements. • Experience managing audits, budgets, treasury operations, and financial controls. • Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP or similar systems • ERP implementation experience is highly desirable • Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
