Head of Legal — International Business Remote | Full-time | Potential relocation to Cyprus An established iGaming company is looking for a Head of Legal to build the legal function for its expanding international division — supporting new market entry, shaping its corporate structure and hiring a dedicated team. What you’ll work on: · International corporate structuring, governance and intercompany arrangements · Legal support for entry into new markets · Negotiation of international commercial and investment agreements · Licensing, regulatory compliance and AML/KYC requirements · Advising leadership on legal risks and business decisions · Building the legal team and managing external counsel We’re looking for: · 10+ years of international legal experience in tech, including 5+ years in leadership · A track record of establishing or restructuring international corporate groups · Strong expertise in corporate law and cross-border contracts · Experience with regulators, compliance and banking requirements · Proven team-building and people management skills · A hands-on approach while establishing the function · Upper-Intermediate English or above and fluent Russian Nice to have : iGaming experience.
