Head of People Europe – Fully Remote Utopia Design We're looking for a passionate and experienced Head of People to lead and build our HR & Recruitment function at Utopia. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our entire employee journey, shape our people strategy, and build the team and culture behind an international business operating across luxury architecture, design, construction, and hospitality. What you'll bring: ✔ Significant in-house HR experience, with a proven track record of leading People functions and HR teams. ✔ Strong end-to-end recruitment experience, alongside hands-on knowledge of HR operations, employment contracts, employee relations and performance management. ✔ Experience developing people strategies, leading teams and partnering with senior leadership in an international environment. ✔ Fluent English. Russian fluency is a plus. ✔ Experience in construction, real estate, property development or hospitality would be highly valued.
