HR Business Partner – Revenue Team TaxDome 📍 Fully Remote (EST working hours) TaxDome is hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to support its global Revenue organization , partnering with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, Marketing, and International teams. This is a strategic HRBP role in a fast-growing, fully remote SaaS company, combining hands-on people operations with business partnering and AI-enabled HR practices. What you’ll be doing: — Partner with Revenue leadership on people strategy, organizational growth, and performance — Own the full HRBP lifecycle, including onboarding, 1:1s, performance reviews, engagement, and exit processes — Coach managers on performance management, team health, and people decisions — Identify retention risks, engagement trends, and workforce insights, providing data-driven recommendations — Lead performance review cycles, calibration sessions, and manager enablement — Partner with Recruiting, L&D, and Total Rewards on hiring, capability building, and compensation decisions — Analyze engagement metrics (including eNPS) and turn insights into action plans — Drive adoption of AI and automation tools across HR workflows What they’re looking for: — Experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or HR Generalist in SaaS, startups, or scale-ups — Business-level English and Spanish — Strong knowledge of performance management, employee relations, engagement, talent development, and compensation fundamentals — Experience working in fully remote, distributed organizations — Comfortable navigating ambiguity and influencing senior stakeholders — Strong analytical mindset with the ability to combine people insights and data — AI fluency and experience integrating AI tools into daily HR work Nice to have: — Experience supporting Revenue or Go-to-Market organizations — Experience with engagement surveys and action planning — Exposure to compensation benchmarking and total rewards design Why join: — Fully remote role with flexible working hours — Competitive compensation paid in USD — 30 paid vacation days plus sick leave — Learning & development budget and English lessons reimbursement — High level of autonomy and ownership — Opportunity to shape HR in a fast-growing global SaaS company LinkedIn post 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 📱 Международные HR Вакансии | HR Worldwide 🪙 Обзор заработных плат в Европе 2026
