Head of Human Resources Arival Bank 📍 Cyprus (Remote / Hybrid) 💰 €80,000–100,000 gross per year Arival Bank is looking for an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead and scale its global HR function. This is a strategic leadership role supporting an international organization operating across the US, Europe, and LATAM , with responsibility for building scalable HR processes, advising senior leadership, and driving organizational growth. What you’ll be doing: — Develop and execute the company’s global HR strategy aligned with business objectives — Partner with senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development — Build and manage performance management frameworks, KPIs, and employee development programs — Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance, retention, promotions, and offboarding — Establish scalable HR policies and processes across multiple jurisdictions while ensuring compliance — Lead employee engagement initiatives and strengthen company culture across distributed teams — Deliver HR reporting and people analytics to support business decisions — Manage and develop the HR team while driving operational excellence What they’re looking for: — 7+ years of HR experience, including leadership in international organizations — Experience managing HR across multiple jurisdictions, including the US, Europe, and LATAM — Strong knowledge of employment law, HR operations, compliance, and people analytics — Experience implementing performance management systems and KPI frameworks — Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills — Fluent English; Russian is considered a strong advantage — Previous experience in fintech, technology, or other fast-growing international companies is preferred What the company offers: — Salary of €80,000–100,000 gross per year — Remote or hybrid work with access to the Larnaca office — Professional growth opportunities within a fast-growing international fintech — Employment under the Cyprus BCS framework — Choice of computer equipment — Generous paid time off and public holidays Apply 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 📱 Международные HR Вакансии | HR Worldwide 🪙 Обзор заработных плат в Европе 2026
