Talent Acquisition & People Specialist Scorp 📍 Barcelona, Spain About the role Scorp is a fast-growing social media start-up with 100M+ users across its newly launched apps. The company is looking for a Talent Acquisition & People Specialist to join its Barcelona team. The primary focus will be recruitment, followed by employee engagement and day-to-day HR operations. What you’ll do — Manage end-to-end recruitment processes — Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, local communities, job boards, events, and alternative channels — Conduct interviews in English and Spanish — Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and identify suitable candidates — Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience — Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs — Track recruitment funnels and provide regular hiring updates — Support offer management and candidate closing — Organize employee engagement activities, internal events, and team initiatives — Act as a local point of contact for employees’ day-to-day HR questions — Support employee records, documentation, payroll, legal, and HR service coordination What they’re looking for — 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or a similar HR role — Strong end-to-end recruitment and direct sourcing experience — Experience recruiting both technical and non-technical profiles is preferred — Good communication skills in English and Spanish — Knowledge of the Barcelona and Spanish talent market — Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach — Ability to work independently while collaborating with an international People & Culture team Location & work setup — Full-time position based in Barcelona — First month fully on-site — After onboarding: hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days remote — Office located in central Barcelona — Visa sponsorship is not available for this position LinkedIn post 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 📱 Международные HR Вакансии | HR Worldwide 🪙 Обзор заработных плат в Европе 2026
