💼 Head of People Epassi Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid) Salary: up to €100K + performance bonus 32–40 hours/week Epassi, one of Europe’s fastest-growing employee benefits providers, is hiring a Head of People for its Netherlands business. This is a high-impact leadership role with 3 direct reports , combining strategic business partnering with hands-on people leadership. A major focus in the first 6–12 months will be leading the merger and rebranding of Bedrijfsfitness & Alleo into one Epassi Netherlands team , while establishing yourself as a trusted strategic partner to the local leadership team. 📍 What you’ll do — Own and drive the People & Culture agenda for the Netherlands — Partner closely with the local CEO and management team — Translate global P&C strategy into impactful local initiatives — Advise leaders on performance, engagement, and employee development — Coach managers on leadership and day-to-day people topics — Roll out global P&C frameworks locally — Drive culture and engagement across Amsterdam & Heerenveen 📍 What they’re looking for — Broad HR / People & Culture experience in an international fast-growing business — Strong knowledge of Dutch employment law — Experience with performance management, talent development, and culture initiatives — Fluent Dutch and English — SaaS / Tech background is a plus — Great fit for a strong HRBP stepping into broader people leadership 📍 What’s offered — Hybrid working model — Strategic leadership exposure with real ownership from day one — Fast-growing international fintech environment — Performance bonus + competitive compensation Apply LinkedIn post
