💼 Senior Recruiter Scorewarrior 📍 Location: Limassol, Cyprus (on-site) €5,000–€6,000 net/month + 13th salary + €4,000 bonus after probation Scorewarrior is hiring a Senior Recruiter to help build the team behind one of the fastest-growing strategy games in the market. This is a highly hands-on, full-cycle recruiting role for someone who loves complex searches, competitive hiring, and owning recruitment as a strategic function rather than simply executing processes. You’ll support hiring across the product organization , partnering with teams hiring developers, game designers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, analysts, and product talent. 📍 What you’ll do: — Own full-cycle recruitment end-to-end across product and business-critical roles — Proactively source and engage passive candidates in competitive talent markets — Partner closely with hiring managers on role calibration, interview design, and hiring strategy — Run candidate assessment and selection processes — Negotiate offers and drive closing with high-demand talent — Benchmark compensation and provide market insights — Track recruitment metrics and present hiring data to stakeholders — Contribute to building scalable hiring processes 📍 What they’re looking for: — 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house or executive search) — Strong sourcing skills (Boolean, X-ray, LinkedIn, GitHub, StackOverflow, etc.) — Experience hiring difficult-to-fill tech / product / gamedev profiles — Strong stakeholder management and data-driven decision making — Upper-Intermediate English or higher — Genuine interest in gaming / product environments 📍 What’s on offer: — €5,000–€6,000 net/month + 13th salary + €4,000 bonus after probation — Full relocation support for you and your family — Premium health insurance (including dental & vision) — Family support benefits — €420/month food allowance — 22 vacation days + public holidays — Learning budget, conferences, language lessons, wellbeing benefits Apply LinkedIn post
