💼 Global HR Operations Specialist Coinspaid 📍 Warsow or Poznan, Poland, hybrid Coinspaid is hiring a Global HR Operations Specialist to support and optimize HR operations across multiple legal entities in EMEA. This is a strong fit for HR operations professionals who enjoy structure, compliance, process ownership, and working in an international remote-first fintech environment. 📍 What you’ll do: — manage end-to-end employee lifecycle operations including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, absences, and terminations — act as SME for Polish HR administration and monitor legislative updates — ensure HR documentation and operational processes comply with local labor law requirements across EMEA — own and optimize HiBob (or similar HRIS), including workflows, data integrity, reporting, org structure, and automation — maintain audit-ready employee records and HR documentation — coordinate with payroll providers, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders across countries — provide operational HR support to employees on employment-related topics — identify opportunities to standardize and improve HR workflows across the region 📍 What we’re looking for: — 4+ years of HR Operations / HR Administration / HR Specialist experience — strong practical knowledge of Polish labor law and HR administration — solid understanding of EMEA employment regulations and employee lifecycle operations — hands-on experience with HiBob or similar HRIS platforms — strong attention to detail and organizational skills — English C1 and Polish B2+ — experience in international / multi-country environments is a plus 📍 What’s in it for you: — fully remote work across the European region — flexible async-friendly environment — benefits budget up to €250/month — learning budget for courses and certifications — language learning support — medical / wellbeing support depending on location — team offsites and company events — optional office access and relocation support Strong opportunity for experienced HR operations professionals looking to combine international complexity, autonomy, and flexibility in a fast-moving fintech environment.
