People & Culture Lead (0.6–0.8 FTE) DPW 📍 Amsterdam, Netherlands 🏢 Part-time · On-site (3–4 days/week) 💰 Salary: €59,000–€65,000 gross/year on a full-time basis + performance bonus. Compensation is prorated for 0.6–0.8 FTE. This is a part-time role (0,6-0,8 FTE)! We cannot provide sponsorships for visa. About the role DPW, a global tech ecosystem for procurement and supply chain, is looking for a People & Culture Lead to own the full people agenda. You’ll be the main P&C contact for the team, working alongside the interim VP of People. Responsibilities — Own the full employee experience and support managers on people topics. — Run core People Operations: onboarding, HRIS, contracts, payroll and IND/UWV processes. — Manage employee relations, well-being, absence and performance improvement cases. — Run performance cycles and engagement surveys. — Manage recruitment when new roles open. — Keep senior leadership updated on P&C initiatives. — Support office operations and company-wide team activities. Requirements — Several years of experience in HR / People & Culture, ideally as a generalist or HRBP. — Experience coaching and partnering with managers. — Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll processes. — Strong communication and organisational skills. — Comfortable working independently as the main P&C person. — Willingness to work from the Amsterdam office 3–4 days per week.
