Talent Acquisition Partner Rakuten Viber 📍 Warsaw, Poland About the role Rakuten Viber is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join its global recruitment team and manage hiring across R&D, Product, Finance, Marketing and other business functions across Europe and Asia. Responsibilities — Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviews to offers. — Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and recruitment strategies. — Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines. — Develop and test sourcing approaches across LinkedIn and other channels. — Conduct interviews and support hiring decisions. — Use recruitment data and ATS insights to improve hiring. — Train and guide hiring managers on recruitment best practices. — Deliver a strong candidate experience throughout the process. Requirements — 3–5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, ideally hiring global roles within the tech industry. — Experience recruiting across European and/or Asian markets is preferred. — Strong sourcing and talent pipeline building skills. — Expertise in behavioral interviewing. — Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills. — Ability to manage multiple priorities independently. — Full professional fluency in English. — Ability to work from the Warsaw office at least 3 days per week.
