Talent Acquisition Employer Branding Specialist Super 📍 Spain About the role Super is a global technology group with 5,000+ employees, building technology for sports, gaming and fan experiences across Europe and Latin America. They are looking for a Talent Acquisition Employer Branding Specialist to shape and strengthen the company’s employer brand across multiple markets, combining content creation, recruitment marketing, storytelling and analytics. Responsibilities — Develop and execute employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing campaigns. — Create content across social media, careers pages and digital advertising, including employee stories, videos, blogs and photography. — Partner with Talent Acquisition, Marketing and Internal Communications on priority hiring campaigns. — Manage and optimize the company’s careers website and employer brand touchpoints. — Monitor platforms such as Glassdoor and track employer branding and talent attraction metrics. — Organize recruitment events, university partnerships and industry conferences. — Build relationships across the business to showcase teams, projects and employee stories. Requirements — Experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Talent Acquisition, Marketing or a related field. — Strong written, visual and digital content creation skills. — Experience managing social media and content strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok. — Knowledge of recruitment marketing tools and digital campaigns. — Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. — Analytical mindset and experience measuring campaign performance. — Experience in a global, high-growth or technology company is a plus. — Familiarity with AI-powered content creation and recruitment marketing technologies is a plus.
