Talent Acquisition Partner Coverflex 📍 Remote Portugal or Spain 💰 Compensation: €30,000–€42,000 base salary + stock options. About the role Coverflex is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end hiring across different areas of the business, with a particular focus on Go-to-Market roles. Responsibilities — Own the full recruitment cycle from intake and sourcing to assessment, offer and closing. — Build proactive talent pipelines beyond inbound applications. — Partner with hiring managers to calibrate profiles, challenge assumptions and unblock searches. — Recruit primarily for GTM and commercial roles across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and related functions. — Manage several searches with different levels of urgency and complexity. — Use recruiting data and funnel metrics to improve hiring outcomes and candidate experience. Requirements — 3+ years of recruitment experience in a startup, scale-up, SaaS, tech or similarly fast-paced environment. — Hands-on full-cycle recruitment experience. — Experience hiring GTM or commercial profiles. — Strong proactive sourcing skills. — Confidence partnering with and challenging hiring managers. — Fluency in English. — Portuguese, Spanish, Italian or German is a plus.
