We're looking for someone to take our global B2B business much further. You'll lead a team of around 60 people across five regions and 20 countries, finding the growth we're not capturing yet — and building the machine to capture it. Think new partnership models, new markets, and better ways to monetise what the platform can already do. This isn't about closing a few more deals. We already have a business development engine — now we need someone who can take it to the next level. Someone who has scaled commercial teams across multiple countries, thinks strategically, and still enjoys getting into the room when the hard deals get done.
