💼 Recruiter II – Technical Solutions Datadog 📍 Dublin, Ireland | London, UK About the role Datadog is looking for a Recruiter to join its Technical Solutions hiring team. You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation, while partnering with leadership and delivering a strong candidate experience. 📍 Responsibilities — Source qualified candidates through direct sourcing, job boards, referrals and agencies. — Screen candidates and manage them throughout the recruitment process. — Partner with leadership to design and improve interview processes. — Negotiate compensation and close candidates. — Train interview teams and help improve recruitment practices. — Use Greenhouse to manage pipelines, resurface talent and maintain accurate recruitment data. — Ensure a strong candidate experience regardless of hiring outcome. 📍 Requirements — 2–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, either in-house or within a staffing agency. — Strong sourcing skills and ability to identify relevant talent pools. — Ability to independently manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. — Strong candidate engagement, value proposition and negotiation skills. — Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment. 📍 Benefits — Competitive benefits package. — New-hire stock equity (RSUs) and employee stock purchase plan. — Career development and internal mobility opportunities. — Product training, onboarding, mentoring and buddy programs.
