LATAM: Mexico, Panama, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Paraguay, Uruguay, Venezuela About the role Unimatch Lab is looking for an Executive Recruiter to own full-cycle international hiring across engineering, product, ML/AI, design, analytics, marketing and sales roles. You’ll manage up to 5 active vacancies at a time, working directly with hiring managers in a fast-paced startup environment. Responsibilities — Run the full recruitment cycle from hiring-manager brief to offer. — Source and attract candidates across the USA, MENA, EU and LATAM. — Conduct screenings and interviews covering hard and soft skills, motivation and culture fit. — Partner with hiring managers on priorities, candidate profiles and feedback. — Maintain a strong candidate funnel and track conversions, sources and time-to-fill. — Represent Unimatch Lab in professional communities and candidate conversations. Requirements — Full-cycle executive recruiting experience across technical and business roles. — Hands-on international recruiting experience across the USA, MENA, EU and LATAM. — Startup recruiting experience, including building hiring processes from scratch and working directly with founders. — Strong sourcing, assessment and stakeholder management skills. — Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray and Boolean Search. — Comfortable working with Notion and Claude, including creating custom agent skills from scratch. — English B2+. — Location: eligible countries across Europe and LATAM, including EU countries, UK, Switzerland, Serbia, Georgia, Armenia, Turkey, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and others listed in the vacancy.
