About the role
BCG is looking for an experienced HR professional to lead HR Risk and Employee Relations initiatives across the Middle East. The role combines strategic advisory, complex employee relations, policy development and HR risk management.
Responsibilities
— Manage complex and sensitive employee relations cases, including investigations, grievances, misconduct and workplace conflicts.
— Advise senior leadership, managers and HR teams on employee relations, workplace conduct and HR risk.
— Develop and implement HR policies and processes across the region.
— Identify workplace risks and introduce preventative measures, training and policy updates.
— Analyse ER case data and trends and develop recommendations for strategic interventions.
— Partner closely with Legal, Compliance, HR Services and other HR CoE teams.
— Develop resources and training to strengthen HR teams’ capabilities in managing complex cases.
— Represent the organisation with regulatory bodies or external auditors when required.
Requirements
— 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations or HR Risk Management.
— Employee Relations experience is mandatory.
— Strong understanding of workplace policies and HR risk management frameworks.
— Experience handling complex employment and workplace issues with a legal dimension.
— Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business or a related field.
— Strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills.
— Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
