HR Business Partner Freedom24 📍 Limassol, Cyprus ✈️ Relocation package + visa sponsorship About the role Freedom24 is looking for an HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to department heads across its European operations. Responsibilities — Partner with department heads on HR-related matters. — Lead performance management, talent development and succession planning processes. — Manage complex employee relations cases. — Support change management initiatives and help build a high-performance culture. — Collaborate with the broader HR team to improve processes and workflows. Requirements — Proven HR Business Partner experience, ideally in financial services, fintech or IT. — Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence business leaders. — Solid knowledge of HR practices and employee relations. — Exposure to EU labour law is a strong advantage. — Fluent English. — Experience with modern HR tools; Workable, BambooHR and ClickUp are a plus.
