Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist VBET 📍 Remote - Cyprus About the role VBET is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage vacancies across international markets, including the EU, Brazil, Ukraine and Armenia. The portfolio is approximately 80% non-technical and 20% technical roles. Responsibilities — Own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles. — Recruit across Marketing, Customer Support, Risk, Finance, Legal, Compliance and other functions. — Build international talent pipelines through active sourcing and networking. — Partner with hiring managers and provide market insights. — Manage candidate experience from first contact through onboarding. — Support recruitment process improvements and employer branding initiatives. Requirements — 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience. — Strong sourcing skills and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms. — Experience managing multiple priorities. — Experience with executive search. — Fluent English and Russian. — iGaming experience or strong interest in the industry is a plus.
