HR Ops Specialist TaxDome 📍 EMEA / LATAM | Fully remote 🌍 400+ remote employees across 40+ countries About the role TaxDome is looking for an HR Ops Specialist to join its global HR Ops team. The role focuses on HR systems, data, reporting and automation and is particularly suited to someone interested in developing a systems-focused HR career rather than a traditional generalist path. Responsibilities — Maintain employee data in the HRIS and conduct regular data audits. — Support HRIS configuration, workflows and approval chains. — Manage and improve onboarding/offboarding and other HR automations. — Identify repetitive processes that can be automated using Google Apps Script, Zapier, Make or similar tools. — Build recurring HR reports and dashboards covering headcount, turnover, DEI, time-to-hire and compensation ratios. — Support employee documentation, policies and day-to-day HR Ops requests. — Use AI tools such as Claude for documentation, data cleaning and report drafting. — Identify opportunities to remove manual steps from HR processes with AI and automation. Requirements — Hands-on experience in HR Operations, People Ops, HRIS administration or a highly analytical operations role. — Strong spreadsheet skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and advanced formulas. — Experience with at least one HRIS platform or strong ability to learn new systems. — Exposure to scripting or no-code automation tools such as Google Apps Script, Zapier, Make or Airtable. — Functional AI fluency and ability to critically evaluate AI outputs. — Strong attention to detail and written communication skills. — English fluency.
