Senior Human Resources Business Partner LVMH Beauty 📍 Dubai, UAE 🌍 Regional scope: Middle East ✈️ Travel: 20% About the role LVMH Beauty is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to work closely with senior leadership and drive the people agenda for one of its luxury beauty Maisons. The role combines strategic HR partnership with hands-on operational execution in a complex international matrix environment. What you’ll do — Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and translate business goals into people strategies — Partner with department heads on workforce planning, talent management and succession planning — Lead organizational design initiatives and job redesigns — Identify talent gaps and partner on targeted recruitment strategies — Implement employee development programs and coach managers — Drive employee engagement and support a high-performing, inclusive culture — Manage complex employee relations, including conflicts, grievances and disciplinary matters — Lead the end-to-end performance management cycle — Support organizational change and transformation initiatives — Use HR metrics, workforce analytics and dashboards to support data-driven decisions — Own brand-level people costs and the overall HR budget — Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies and DEI standards What they’re looking for — 10+ years of progressive HR experience — At least 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner — Background in luxury retail, beauty, fashion or a fast-paced multinational company — Strong organizational design and workforce planning expertise — Experience working within complex matrix organizations — Strong analytical and data-driven approach — Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills — Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field — Master’s degree or professional HR certification is a plus LinkedIn post 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 📱 Международные HR Вакансии | HR Worldwide 🪙 Обзор заработных плат в Европе 2026
