Change Delivery Manager 🏢 Inecobank 📍 Armenia · On-site 🕐 Full Time About the role We are looking for a Change Delivery Manager to be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of business IT change requests, ensuring effective coordination between business units and technical teams, timely execution, and alignment with business priorities. The role focuses on optimizing delivery processes, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring efficient execution of business-driven changes in line with organizational goals. What you’ll do 🗂 • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of business IT change requests, from initiation to completion. • Prioritize requests based on business impact, urgency, risks, and available resources. • Coordinate with business units, IT teams, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and define deliverables. • Track request progress, maintain documentation, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. • Monitor delivery timelines, performance metrics, and SLAs to ensure timely completion. • Identify delivery bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase efficiency. What we’re looking for 🔎 • At least 3 years of experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, or a similar coordination or management role. • Experience managing IT projects, business change requests, or cross-functional initiatives from initiation to completion. • Understanding of IT service management, change management processes, and the software development lifecycle. • Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. • Experience with project management and request-tracking tools, such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
