What you’ll do 🗂 • English Proficiency (mandatory B2+) 🗣️ : You’ll collaborate with international teams, so strong written and spoken English is essential. • Prioritize the backlog based on business value, technical dependencies and developer experience. • Lead sprint ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews) as the voice of the customer. • Own integration requirements with third-party systems, partners and internal services. • Collect feedback from internal and external developers to improve usability and adoption. What we’re looking for 🔎 • Write clear epics, user stories and acceptance criteria, including API contracts, request and response examples, and error scenarios. • Make sure API documentation, sandbox environments and onboarding guides are accurate and developer-friendly. • Support partner technical discussions and integration troubleshooting. • Strong understanding of RESTful API design. • Familiarity with API gateways and management platforms (e.g., Apigee, Kong, AWS API Gateway, Azure API Management). • Basic understanding of microservices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and databases.
