HR Director, Retail

HR Director, Retail ASICS EMEA 📍 Hoofddorp, Netherlands (near Amsterdam) ASICS EMEA is looking for an HR Director, Retail to lead the people agenda for its growing retail business across Europe. This is a newly created role combining strategic HR leadership with hands-on execution. You’ll work closely with the VP HR and Retail Leadership Team to build a three-year retail people strategy and strengthen HR practices across European markets. What you’ll do: — Co-create and implement the three-year EMEA retail HR strategy — Partner with retail leadership on organizational growth, transformation and change management — Manage the HR Retail Manager in Hoofddorp and coordinate country HR Retail Advisors across EMEA — Lead complex employee relations matters, restructurings and employment law compliance across multiple countries — Drive talent management, succession planning and leadership development initiatives — Partner with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning, recruitment strategy and new store openings — Build consistent HR policies, toolkits and practices across European retail markets What they’re looking for: — 10+ years of HR experience, including senior HRBP or HR Director roles in an international, multi-country environment — Strong retail HR expertise, ideally in multi-site retail or consumer-facing businesses — Experience building and harmonizing HR practices across countries — Proven experience managing restructurings, employee relations and works council consultations — Strong knowledge of European employment legislation across at least 1–2 jurisdictions — Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams in matrix organizations — Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution — Strong stakeholder management skills and experience partnering with senior commercial leaders What they offer: — Hybrid working model — Opportunity to work abroad for four weeks annually — 50% discount on ASICS products — Office gym and sports membership discounts — Access to Calm, Runkeeper Go and employee wellbeing programs LinkedIn post 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 📱 Международные HR Вакансии | HR Worldwide 🪙 Обзор заработных плат в Европе 2026
