Senior Recruiter Scorewarrior 📍 Limassol, Cyprus - relocation What you'll do: - Manage the full recruitment cycle for our Product team: Developers, Game Designers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, Product Analysts, and other roles. - Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and develop sourcing strategies. - Independently source, interview, and guide candidates through the entire hiring process. - Improve recruitment processes and the quality of candidate assessment. - Work with recruitment analytics and present results to stakeholders. - Prepare and negotiate offers, working with compensation data. What we're looking for: - 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment. Gamedev experience is a plus. - Strong sourcing skills: LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Habr, and other platforms. - Solid knowledge of Boolean and X-Ray Search. - Experience independently managing vacancies from intake to offer. - Ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers. - Excellent communication skills, proactivity, and attention to detail. - English B1+, Russian B2+. - Willingness to relocate to Cyprus.
