Обязанности : — Own full-cycle recruitment for entry-level and mid-level roles (administrators, assistants, sales managers, support roles, etc.) — from job posting to signed offer ; — Post and optimize job listings on HH.ru , LinkedIn and other platforms to attract strong candidates ; — Screen resumes and run initial phone interviews ; — Manage your candidate pipeline in our ATS (PeopleForce) and keep the database sharp and organized ; — Prepare clear, concise candidate summaries that hiring managers actually want to read ; — Draft offer letters and handle candidate correspondence ; — Help organize interviews, test assignments, and reference checks ; — Support HR documentation (probation task lists, etc.). Требования : — 0.5–1+ years of recruiting experience (internships or freelance sourcing count too) ; — English B2+ (you’ll correspond with international candidates and partners) ; — Strong written Russian ; — Sharp attention to detail, self-driven, comfortable managing a high volume of candidates at once ; — Bonus points: recruiting experience in real estate, construction, or hospitality; hands-on with HH.ru , LinkedIn, or Telegram sourcing.
