Senior Talent Acquisition Partner Rituals 📍 Amsterdam, Netherlands | Predominantly office-based ⏰ 32–40 hours/week About the role Rituals is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own recruitment for a business area within its Central Head Office. You’ll join a team of around 10 TA professionals and act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, directors, HRBPs and senior leaders. Responsibilities — Own end-to-end recruitment for your business area. — Partner with hiring managers and leadership on hiring needs and recruitment strategies. — Anticipate future hiring needs and build proactive talent pipelines. — Actively source and engage candidates for current and future roles. — Advise and challenge stakeholders on role profiles, selection methods and hiring decisions. — Conduct interviews and drive competency-based selection. — Use talent data and market insights to support hiring decisions. — Contribute to the development of the broader Talent Acquisition strategy. Requirements — At least 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment. — Strong end-to-end recruitment and selection expertise. — Experience working in a complex, fast-changing organization. — Extensive interviewing experience and ability to guide high-quality hiring decisions. — Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously. — Strong business-partnering and stakeholder-management skills. — Confidence working with managers, directors, HRBPs and senior leaders. — Proactive, entrepreneurial approach and strong ownership.
