People Operations Lead Taptap Send 📍 London or Dubai | On-site, 5 days/week About the role Taptap Send, a fast-growing global fintech with 250+ employees and 50+ nationalities, is looking for a People Operations Lead to build and scale its People Operations function. This is a systems-heavy leadership role focused on transforming traditional People Ops into a scalable, data-driven and highly automated function. Responsibilities — Lead, mentor and develop the People Operations team. — Own the People Ops strategy and AI-enabled transformation agenda. — Build scalable systems and automate payroll, compensation, reporting and operational workflows, targeting 80–90% automation of day-to-day processes. — Build people data infrastructure and self-service dashboards covering headcount, attrition, hiring and compensation. — Own compensation and role governance, including salary bands, benchmarking and levelling frameworks. — Partner with senior leaders across Finance, Legal and the wider business. — Institutionalise goal-setting and management operations. — Own the internal knowledge function and self-service resources. — Shape the People Operations operating model as the company expands into new markets. Requirements — 8+ years of experience in a high-performing analytical environment such as consulting, business operations, finance or a fast-growing startup. — Experience leading a function or team. — Strong track record of building systems and processes from scratch and scaling them. — Highly analytical and comfortable with dashboards, data and metrics. — AI-native approach, actively using AI to automate and improve work. — Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. — Proven people leadership experience. — Strategic, transformative and execution-oriented mindset. — Comfortable working fully on-site five days per week.
