HR Business Partner Proxet 📍 Poland | Remote / Hybrid About the role Proxet is looking for an HR Business Partner to support its teams in Poland and partner closely with Delivery engineering managers and other key stakeholders. The role combines strategic HR partnering with strong local HR expertise, including Polish labor law, employee relations, performance, engagement and organizational development. Responsibilities — Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers, employees and senior leadership. — Drive HR best practices supporting performance and business growth. — Lead HR projects, performance reviews and engagement surveys. — Develop retention strategies and strengthen team collaboration. — Support company culture and employer branding initiatives in Poland. — Handle employee relations, complaints and organizational changes. — Ensure HR processes comply with Polish labor law and internal policies. — Partner with Legal, Finance and external advisors on employment and compliance matters. — Support benefits processes and proactively monitor HR-related risks. — Build relationships with local HR networks and represent the company at industry events. Requirements — 4+ years as an HR Business Partner or People Partner in international companies. — 3+ years of HR experience in the global software services / IT industry. — Fluency in Polish and English . — Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and employment practices. — Understanding of Polish employment contracts and B2B cooperation models. — Experience with employee relations, disciplinary procedures, terminations, leave, working time and employment documentation. — Experience delivering full-cycle HR projects. — Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. — Experience working with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
