Early Careers & Interns Specialist Cohere 📍 San Francisco / New York / Seattle / Toronto | Remote 💰 $95K–$150K + equity About the role Cohere is a security-first enterprise AI company building foundation models and AI products for businesses. They’re expanding their Talent team and looking for an Early Careers & Interns Specialist to build and scale their global pipeline of early-career AI talent. The role owns the full lifecycle of internship and graduate programs, from university partnerships and attraction through onboarding, development, performance and retention. What you’ll do — Design and implement early-career programs for interns and graduates — Build partnerships with universities and colleges — Develop employer branding strategies for student talent — Represent Cohere at career fairs and campus recruitment events — Partner with People teams on intern onboarding and orientation — Build mentor and buddy programs — Run progress check-ins and oversee intern performance reviews — Track conversion, retention, ROI and other program metrics — Manage budgets, logistics and scheduling — Continuously improve and scale programs as the company grows What they’re looking for — 5+ years of experience in global early careers, internships or graduate recruitment — Experience recruiting for technical roles — Expertise in international university partnerships and STEM campus recruitment — Experience building inclusive internship programs — Strong project management and attention to detail — Ability to analyse program metrics and use data to improve programs — Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — Comfortable working across multiple locations and teams What they offer — Remote-friendly work model — 6 weeks / 30 working days of paid vacation — Health and dental benefits, including mental health support — Education and learning stipend — Weekly lunch stipend — $500 home-office stipend — Pension / 401(k) / RRSP matching depending on location — Up to 6 months of parental leave top-up — Travel budget for remote employees to visit Cohere offices LinkedIn post 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 📱 Международные HR Вакансии | HR Worldwide 🪙 Обзор заработных плат в Европе 2026
