Senior People Business Partner Shine 📍 Porto, Madrid or Berlin About the role Shine, a European fintech company and part of Cegid, is looking for a Senior People Business Partner to support one or two business units and act as a trusted advisor to their leaders. The role sits at the intersection of people strategy and business impact, with a strong focus on organizational effectiveness, transformation, talent development and data-driven decision-making. What you’ll do — Partner with leaders on people priorities, team effectiveness and organizational health — Support organizational change, team design, scaling and leadership transitions — Drive engagement, performance, feedback and career development initiatives — Support frameworks around career leveling, compensation and pay equity — Use KPIs and people data to identify trends and guide decisions — Help leaders navigate complex people challenges and build high-performing teams — Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and People Operations What they’re looking for — Around 5–7 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or a similar strategic People role — Experience in an international organization with 300+ employees — Strong experience partnering with managers and senior leaders — Solid business acumen and a data-driven approach — Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving and ambiguous environments — Fluent English — Experience with organizational transformation, restructuring or M&A is a strong plus — Tech scale-up experience is a plus — German, Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus Conditions — Based in Porto, Madrid or Berlin — Up to 2 remote working days per week — Regular travel, approximately once per month LinkedIn post 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 📱 Международные HR Вакансии | HR Worldwide 🪙 Обзор заработных плат в Европе 2026
