HR Business Partner – International Headquarters Hunkemöller 📍 Hilversum, Netherlands About the role Hunkemöller is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support a large part of its International Headquarters, including Brand & Product, Operations, Marketing and E-commerce. The role combines strategic HR partnering with hands-on execution, covering organisational development, change management, talent strategy, employee relations and leadership support. What you’ll do — Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, including directors and board members — Translate business priorities into HR initiatives and solutions — Coach managers on leadership, performance, engagement and organisational design — Support workforce planning, talent development and retention — Manage complex employee relations topics — Drive organisational change and transformation initiatives — Support new ways of working, AI adoption and strategic HR projects — Lead and develop the HQ HR Operations team of 2 employees — Drive process optimisation and HR data quality — Collaborate with Recruitment, L&D, C&B, Payroll, Health & Safety and other HR teams What they’re looking for — 7+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable senior HR role — Solid knowledge of Dutch employment law and employee relations — Experience partnering with senior leadership and executive stakeholders — Experience with organisational change, transformation and complex HR topics — Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills — Ability to interpret HR data and translate insights into action — Experience in an international, fast-paced organisation — Knowledge of visa processes and international employee mobility — Fluent English The team You’ll join an HR team of approximately 13 professionals supporting the International HQ population of around 370 employees and the Dutch retail organisation of around 1,100 employees.
