Talent Partner & Systems Builder (Tech Focus) (w/m/d) Flinn.ai 📍 Berlin, Germany / Vienna, Austria (Hybrid) At this stage of our company, we can only accept applications from people who are based in Europe with either European citizenship, an active working visa or being self-employed and joining us as a full-time contractor. Flinn.ai is looking for a Talent Partner & Systems Builder to help shape how the company grows from 60 to more than 120 people over the next 15 months. Working in a People team of three, you’ll lead hiring across engineering and product while building scalable recruiting systems, experimenting with AI, and helping redefine how talent acquisition works in a high-growth startup.
