People Experience Analyst (People Experience Partner) Jobsity | Contact Center & BPO 📍 LATAM - Fully Remote Jobsity is looking for a People Experience Partner to help create an engaging, inclusive, and high-performing employee experience across distributed teams. This role combines HR business partnering, people operations, employee experience, and talent programs in a fast-paced remote environment. Responsibilities — Partner with business leaders on people strategy, performance, and organizational design — Coach managers on feedback, development conversations, performance management, and career planning — Design and deliver employee engagement, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives — Support onboarding, development, and offboarding processes across the employee lifecycle — Collaborate with People Operations and cross-functional teams to analyze engagement data and recommend improvements — Manage HR processes including role changes, leave management, accommodations, and compensation inputs — Maintain employee records, documentation, and reporting metrics — Support performance review cycles, talent development, succession planning, and internal mobility initiatives — Contribute to culture, inclusion, change management, and continuous improvement projects Requirements — 3+ years of HR or People Partner experience supporting managers and employees in fast-paced, remote environments — Strong interpersonal, coaching, and stakeholder management skills — Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, BambooHR, or Greenhouse and comfort with data-driven reporting — Excellent communication skills and attention to detail — Ability to handle confidential information with sound judgment — Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Nice to have — Experience in scaling technology companies or matrix organizations — Familiarity with U.S. employment law and compliance basics — Certifications in coaching, HR, or Diversity & Inclusion practices What’s in it for you? — Collaborative distributed team environment with growth opportunities — USD-based compensation and comprehensive benefits — Flexible remote or hybrid work arrangements depending on business needs — Professional development and learning stipend opportunities Apply LinkedIn Post ⁠ 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 📱 Международные HR Вакансии | HR Worldwide 🪙 Обзор заработных плат в Европе 2026
